However, it is always recommended for interested Floridians to contact Country Club Manor Co-Op, Inc. directly at (352) 357-6644 to inquire about any current opportunities or specific details regarding membership, share purchase, or lot fees. They might be able to provide information on:
- Available Homes: Details on specific homes currently for sale within the co-op, which are typically pre-owned manufactured homes.
- Membership Fees: Information on any one-time membership fees or share purchases required to join the co-op.

Customer Reviews
Very nice park, we would have bought a home but I am not giving up my small dog. Shame
Super clean 55 plus community. My only reason for 4 star rating is that TROUT LAKE does not connect to the chain of lakes...
Great 55 and over park. Fantastic people
I am looking for a home and saw this community and loved it until I saw no pets . I have an indoor cat and never goes outside, having to choose between the community or my fur baby, my buddy hands down. I have a medical background and have seen the therapeutic benefits from these little creatures. Many retirees never had children so they have a pet who gets treated like royalty, it’s actually very cute to see the interaction between man and pets. I feel like that there are people in the community who really have a dislike for pets which deprives those who do have pets the opportunity to meet some really nice people. I just can’t imagine anyone denying a lonely retiree the benefits of having a small dog or a cat. I hope that eventually those who made that restriction might realize the joy and happiness a pet can bring to a home, especially a home where a couple loses a spouse or even a best friend, it’s amazing to see the transformation. You have a really charming community with the exception of that one restriction- I hope maybe I misread or that the rule has changed, I do like this community. Sincerely, A retiree who is blessed to have my furry companion!
If you purchase an older unit, beware the electrical service. The old services when the place first opened were 100 amp rated for RVs. If a service panel is upgraded to a higher amperage service like many are, the result could be over load in the best case and fire in the worst. There doesn't seem to be any authority to oversee this in Lake County. My electrical panel had a sticker from a pest service not a green sticker from an electrical inspector. Buyer beware !
