This use to be a nice RV park. It has really gone down hill! No yard maintenance and trash and old furniture sitting outside ! I was surprised to see how Bad it looked! The pond was covered with algae and totally Green on top of the water. Poor fish. Surely the owner will clean this property up soon !!!!

I went here to do a cleaning job for a client who is moving. The unit I cleaned was cute and seemed to be remodeled and well maintained. The neighbors were out and about, walking dogs and chatting with one another... It felt like a community of people, and that's hard to find these days. The grounds were nice, and they even had a waterfront gazebo. The rates for rentals were all clear on the sign as you drive in. Nice location, away from the beach express traffic, but close enough to be convenient.
