This place is dirty and not well maintained. Was looking a trailer that was for sale and walked away as soon as I pulled into the lot. There is garbage piled up outside of most of the trailers and the trailers are rundown most needing serious repairs.
Yuck. No. Run down. There was a shooting three weeks ago. No one died thank God. Not a place for kids. Should be condemned.
