This is a very special place for me it pays to know the area history
4yrs ago it was a decent place to live. But when money gets involved it changes everything. If anyone got perfect credit you’re better off getting a mortgage for what they charge in rent alone. Plus less restrictions. I just don’t why it changes owners so many times but it seem when they do the ones who been there the longest are bouncing.
We have ived here for 4 yrs. Lease says rent with option to purchase. This park has now been sold for the 3rd time since we moved in. With each owner getting worse the previous one. They are forcing most of us out that have been here for a while. In my opinion it they are doing this so they can rent to new Tennant's at a much higher price then we're paying.
I lived here for 4.5 hurricane Ian hit all because the property manager didn’t cut the trees behind my home in a timely manner my home got destroyed I had insurance but chose to leave when I first moved there the property manager was amazing
