We have been in the area visiting our daughter for the past month. Although this is a no frills park, Laura, the owner is very friendly and met us when we arrived. Laura placed us in a spot that was at the front of the park right by the laundry room. The washers and dryers worked well. Internet during the day is fine for normal web usage. The evening is a tad more congested. This park is 98% full time and stationary people, but they were all very nice, respectful, and kept to themselves. We have a week left in our stay and it has been very peaceful and relaxed. I noticed comments about the roads. They are not near as bad as other comments have stated. Yes, they are dirt roads, but the are drivable as long as you aren’t flying. We would visit the park again.

I come every so often and the roads are HORRIBLE. Need to fix them really bad or you'll destroy every vehicle's shocks. Potential to cause road accidents too for people going the wrong way, so signs for traffic in and out of the lots are WELL needed.

The neighbors are drama and stay in every one else's business, the wash house is out and the washer does not work (Landlord refuses to fix it), the dryer costs $1.50 and you have to dry it 3 times for it to dry completely, the landlord rides around on her cart and bugs you and says every rude thing she can say to you every time you step outside, and the road is full of huge holes and runnoffs that the landlord (that lives only a few yards from you) refuses to fix. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TALKING TO THIS WOMAN ON THE PHONE.
