We stayed here for three months, and it was a perfect place for us. Nice country setting but close enough to everything to be convenient. When I made my original reservation, it was for a 30 amp site. We brought a bigger camper down and I didn't think to change that with the owners. They graciously moved our site to accommodate us. I will be forever grateful. The park is clean and we felt very safe.

The location of this campground is so easy to get to. It's not fancy, but has everything you need. The Gray's who own it are just the best. We had a problem with our truck and they went above and beyond calling everyone they knew to try to help us out. So hospitable and kind I can't thank them enough for all they did for us. I would recommend this campground and plan to go there again.

Have you ever been anywhere and immediately felt at home? Well that’s exactly how we felt for our stay at Graystone! We were met at check in by Mrs Gray and she was super sweet and helpful. Her husband escorted us to our site and helped us get settled in. They are such kind and helpful folks! We stayed there for 6 weeks and my husband was gone a lot of that time helping to clear hurricane damage and I felt completely safe which is very important to us. The grounds are extremely well kept and while pets are welcome everyone keeps them on leash and cleans up after them which we greatly appreciate! We look forward to staying here again when we visit the area.

Graystone is a family oriented RV park. It is quiet and clean with full hook-up sites. As snowbirds, a major item for us is location and Graystone is just right. Its just a few minutes north on the expressway to I-10, then a quick drive east to Pensacola or west to Mobile. Heading south, you are again, only a short drive to an amusement park, shopping, or a variety of restaurants. Another few minutes and you are on some of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf coast. We were treated like family and look forward to our return in the fall of 2019.

I stayed at this park for a month. The owners are kind people who aren't trying to gouge you for every dime like some of the other parks in the area. The grounds and amenities are simple but that's not a bad thing. Sometimes, parks are so consumed with creating "experiences" that they forgot what true "recreational vehicle" travel was about... getting away from it all. With that said, the owners are trying to maintain a decent park and run a business so they are not just going to allow anything or anyone to use their property as a "dumping ground". You know that there are folks who don't live healthy lifestyles and you wouldn't allow them near you or your business so don't go "PC" on me with that comment. Let's be honest and real here. I'm going to end with this: my camper caught fire (electrical and on my end) just before I was to head out west. After extinguishing the fire, I gathered my things. I was in shock and had a flashback which pinged my PTSD. Once I realized what was happening, I contacted 911. Denny (owner) and the first responders arrived. I was taken to the ER for smoke inhalation and carbon monoxide poisoning. I was released from the ER at 0430 and had no ride back to my vehicle at the park. Denny (owner of the park) came and picked me up. No one else would but he did. Tell me, in all of your travels, have you EVER heard of an RV park owner doing that for a guest? I haven't either...until that day. They forever have my friendship, gratitude, and my business.
