We recently moved here. The entire process of moving here was TRASH. The property manager doesn't have a life, and it shows. There is a stray white dog just roaming the neighborhood, and the cats are all over the place. The police were just out here at a neighbors house, who doesn't have any respect for any of the other neighbors. The loud music, the cars everywhere, the police, the cats I would rather sleep in a tent. I can not wait to move, and I do not care about breaking a lease. I see why the turnover rate is so high. The country tacky ghetto. If you are desperate and just need a place to stay this is it. If you want a quieter neighborhood, free of drama, move somewhere else.

Neighborhood itself is nice, however they have an extremely high turnover with property managers. As a tenant, I’ve witnessed greater than eight property managers less than 3yrs, this has always been an issue! The turnover rate causes delays in communication and structure between management and tenants. The current property manager has discarded all records of tenants current leases and charging month to month premium, Increasing rent because of their lack of organization.
