A nice RV stop for the short stay we had. Better planning on our part could have resulted in full hook ups and a dump before we left town. As it is the best laid plans change with the weather. The sites w/o sewer are fairly tight together. But all was well for our 3 night stay for the Paducah International Quilt Show that we had to go attend.

This is a lovely place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were able to park in the shade on the shore of the small lake. The campground is well maintained and quiet. It’s close to the highway so convenient but highway noise is negligible.

I made a reservation online and the RV spot was a bit wet when I arrived. They moved me without me even asking to be moved. Hookups worked properly, no issues. The campground is conveniently located close to the interstate, but not so close that there is any noise from the interstate. My Starlink dish had good access to the sky.

Great little campground, everything was clean, properly working and organized. The spot we stayed in was level and free of issues. The location was great so close to the downtown area and the shopping district if you needed something. We enjoyed our time here for a few days it was very peaceful the lake was nice to walk around and fish in! We would definitely come back!

Not at ALL for tent camping. They shouldn’t even offer them, but have $40 tent spots that are right off of the highway with loud traffic and bright lights on from the storage unit through the whole night. We asked to move to one of the 7+ open spots farther into the campsite near the pond around 5 pm because we were so close to the highway, and they said no because they are RV spots. Did seven RV’s show up after 5 pm? Not a single one. Would’ve had 4 stars if we could’ve moved to a safer spot and not been feet away from the highway, super dangerous for primitive camping. The tent spots are an absolute joke especially for the cost, no firepit or electric, only RV hookup. Would probably take it for $10. If you’re going to spend $40 on this spot, just go to the motel nearby for $60. Sketchy environment because of being right off the highway (did I mention that?) not safe. Don’t camp here unless you have an RV. The only perk is the slightly above average bathrooms.
