Don't ever buy anything or rent from any of these trailer parks. They forge inspections, do t keep up with repairs, and are selling property that needs to be condemned to try and squeeze money out of the mobile homes before they move them out. It's a scam. They're lucky they haven't been sued yet bc it would be a windfall for the victims of this company.

Don't ever. And I mean don't ever rent or buy anything from the thieves that run and own that place. We bought our home there 2 years ago. And 8 days ago they basically stole our home from us. The park manager is lazy. All she does is sit in that office. And the maintenance man is a meth addickwho has a pending charge against him from being arrested with 11 grams of meth in his pocket.

Nice looking but too high for a trailer park. The lady in the office was rude and snooty acting. It's not run down It looks decent but is still a trailer park. They want near 300 for lot rent. Rarely rent and want to sell mobile homes (trailers) for more than they are worth.

1. Need to hire more maintenance staff, tree's need triming I wander why we have to pay for cutting grass and we are paying 281 for lot rent and late fees just went up to $ 95 every 2 weeks if you are late my mail box need replacing it is held on by a rusty coat hanger wire it is a quiet community with nice neighbor's and children friendly need to find out what does the property owners responsibility is for up keep instead of renter's on disability have to pay out of pocket that can't afford it. Since December rent has went up 3 time is this legal.
