Used to live there,and it was a nice place to live. But as time passed it became less and less attractive! Moved away and now family lives there. We visit on a regular basis and the park has went even more down hill...I'm sorry to say but it looks down right trashy! And the undesirables that live there just seem not to care how or where they live!

The potholes are horrendous. I have lived here for about a year, and they have never been fixed. I have had to get new tires and get my car aligned several times. My husband's grandmother lived here for 25 years and she says that the roads were good several years ago, then they put gravel down over the blacktop and that ruined everything. The worst part is that I am not able to get on the phone with anyone that "works" for the park. I reported a maintenance ticket about 2 months ago and I never heard back. I am not sure what to do at this point.

There are pot holes everywhere. The biggest I have ever tried to drive through. I have been driving in this mobile home park for one year and four months. No effert to repair pot holes yet.

It's very junky looking. A friend is in there, and it's not good. She has sunk a ton of money into a mobile home that should never have been sold. Now that she's getting it looking good, the manager is trying to make her life hell. I believe that it is an attempt to get it back and sell it for more money. It's a shady deal.
