Was driving through last Wednesday as our family is looking into moving soon. Your Manager was outside in the street, at first I was afraid to roll my window down to speak with him. He has dark circles under his eyes from working 60 hours a week doing his best to make the neighborhood the best he can. He had several pricy chains on his neck & golden teeth. He took our information & $40 app fee for each adult in our family (7 of us) Said he'd get back to us with a move in date within 72 hours. Well, guess the joke is on us. We never received a call back at all. I've driven back through hoping to cash him outside, but all we ever encounter is police 4 to 5 deep. We were grossly misled & at this point he can just keep the money. Clearly this isn't a place we need to live.
Mar 29, 2024 · Forever Blue GemThe big wig pretty Blonde lady is really nice. I called up there bc I don’t know how to light my furnace. She said I’ll send someone to show you. No one showed up. Next day I called and the office girl told me they were too busy. Bummer bc I’m freezing here. 😂 Oh well Tracey sent a furnace dude! I ♥️ her!
Oct 17, 2024 · VĮNTAGE BARBĮEThe place is absolutely disgusting and they have trash living there especially this girl Megan or Morgan whatever her name is and her new boyfriend Kody who’s a delusional social media personality, or thinks he is anyway. They neglect and abuse their kids and the cops have been coming by almost daily but refuse to do anything to help the kids or take them from these horrible people. Would not recommend they bring the value of the whole place down and make the neighborhood look bad.
Mar 28, 2024 · Sonny AmjadThe park used to be wonderful. People keeping up on their mobiles..it was very nice. Then Morgan moved in. It got a little bad. She's very dirty (front yard a mess..kids screaming..garbage all over) and claims to be a snow bunnie. It gets worse. She brought the KANG into the park. A man (?)so heinous that he literally stunk up the ENTIRE park. I mean it smells rank out here..raw sewage would be my main complaint right now. 3/10 stars. Do NOT recommend.
Mar 28, 2024 · meganI don’t live here anymore, but I still think about it every day. I had the most amazing neighbor named Morgan. She’s pretty much famous but you may know her by her street name Snow Bunnie. I don’t even know where to start so I’ll just try to list a few of her accomplishments. First off, she is a healthcare professional. She even spent 130 days in the NICU! I mean the implications of this alone are astounding. I hope to someday be on her level but alas, it is a height so lofty I dare not dream too big. Not only does this make her an EXPERT in ALL aspects and modalities of care, it also makes her a better parent than anyone else that’s existed. Now you would think all of this is noteworthy enough but it doesn’t stop there. She actually organized an army of healthcare personnel from the 3rd floor unit of the local hospital. I have seen first hand the devastation this “NICU Army” can reign down onto people online who have tried to question her sound logic. I still get chills when I think about it. She doesn’t have to call them in often though because she is literally the toughest person alive. You do NOT wanna see her black out, it’s scary. She is also a master mechanic with years of training. I once witnessed her complete an engine swap in 15 minutes using her bare hands to put in the new block which she had rebuilt herself. She actually gives classes to the neighbor men on how to do basic maintenance. She does construction as well, and pretty much every other trade under the sun. She is a business owner Her Dad has a Harley She’s really a role model for me as a parent, and I’d be lost without her. My son is allergic to acetaminophen and my idiot pediatrician told me it would be safe to give him ibuprofen. Lucky Morgan put the kibosh on that, telling me that would be unsafe since ibuprofen contains acetaminophen. I owe my child’s life to her. Now get ready to be even more impressed because she has accomplished all of this with a laundry list of chronic disease. She struggles with various cluster B personality disorders along with anxiety induced heart attacks, Arthur-itis and tennis elbow. I just don’t know how she manages every day with the amount of totally preventable pain she experiences. It’s probably because she’s met her 27th true love and soul mate. You wanna talk power couple? Move over Beyoncé and Jay-Z! Mr. Suboxone and Bunnie Snow can sing and rap circles around them. I was so happy to hear of their recent engagement. They have only known eachother for 12 days, but sometimes you just know. Mr. Sub, AKA KANG has taken in her brood and they even go by his last name! I’m sure that this will last forever and won’t be damaging at all to the children. It’s not like they’re going to have random guys presented as father figures walking in and out of their lives. It was INCREDIBLE to have a neighbor like her. I always took comfort in knowing that if something bad happened to me, Morgan had dealt with the same thing except 10 times worse. And any subject I thought I was knowledgeable on, Morgan always knew more and would make sure to correct and educate me. She is a true gift and anyone would be lucky to hitch up their trailer next to hers. Which she of course owns outright because she’s also a real whiz with money. This trailer park better hope she never moves out because it’s nothing without her. And they better remember that, because if the neighbor kids ever lock her in her shed again…. there will be hell to pay.
