I was working there installing windows. So I really couldn't say accurately.
The reason I'm re-doing mine is that they did change a fews thing but more needs to change as in speed bumps or kids will get hit and maintance is horrible at snow plowing with salting when you can see the roads cause the city knows how to salt and snow plow snow, it's not hard in a trailer park, another thing is that the pool and hot tube is always under maintance due to either people not taking a shower before hand and not cleaning up after themselves or maintance doesnt know how to take care of a small pool js. They tried so hard to keep the playground fixed up but the kids across from it are destroying it. Yes their high on rent but that's only if you Buy a new home, living isn't cheap right now. They do great things in the park as in events, we all wish they would bring back certain things that would help people stay.
This place makes rule on own and doesn't consult with all residence before doing it. They take residence suggestions without investigating situations. Some residence have a greater say then others there is no equal treatment. Some can break rules by having 10ft ornaments in their yard and others get told they are not allowed d. In the rules of the park it is said all items in the yard a should not be taller than 26". Flag poles bing the exception. I would recommend looking else where for a place to live. I am sure if you have tried contact the office you will find it hard to contact anyone. Also if you leave a message you will find it difficult to get a return phone call. All reasons to live somewhere else. They don't even follow the laws of the state, county,or city zoning laws. Yo do a rent to own progrms and they won't fix anything in your trailer because they say you own it. Theydont have any idea of warranties on the mobile Homes they sell. Leaky windows,bad outlets or fire alarms not working never get fixed as well as leveling of the trailers. Just a list of reasons not to purchase or rent from this company.
