We love this spot! It was recommended to us after the first place we has reservations at turned out to be a nightmare! They were able to accommodate us last minute and we were thankful. Tent camping is limited but they are great sites. All of the tent sites are situated next to a mountain stream and it is beautiful. Bathhouse is clean and the people are friendly. Looking forward to going again!

We've been camping at Daniel Boone Family Campground for about 14 years now and absolutely love it. It is definitely our HAPPY PLACE. It is one nicest, cleanest, well-maintained campgrounds around and the owner and staff work hard to keep it that way. We met some of our dearest friends here. Everyone looks out for each other. Any one that speaks negatively about Daniel Boone and the staff most likely are ones that are never happy and will complain about everything anyway, kinda like the ones that refer to it as a trailer park. We're glad that it's only has permanent camp sites. Makes it a safer place.
