Do not rent here, they exploit the elderly, impoverished, disabled. They do not have city of centralia doing the water, there is a co supposedly out of WI that bills, you're never given the meter readings, if they say u owe 2-3 hundred bucks for water, u have to pay, or they'll say there is a leak. If u try to pay, and don't pay all the fees created on your account, the website is set u have to pay what they say, not the correct amount; so the system won't take your payment. Sewer lines, water lines are in bad condition, we've had raw sewage in yard, and it has been known to back up in homes; coming up through the shower. You can call and call the number for mngr, leave messages, emails; no one will ever contact you back! God forbid it be an emergency! I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent or buy, or live in this community: I lived there for years in the past, as did many of my coworkers, some family members; I've never seen such greed, exploitation, disrespect, disorganization, as to what it is now. I'm speaking from personal experience, and the experience of family .
