Manager or maintenance personnel needs to learn how to plow snow on streets and plow the snow sidewalk in front of the trailer park. To provide a safe place to walk for children that have walk to school on mild temperatures. Instead of walking on the Hoffman Road to stoplight for the cross walk going to Mankato East High School. What is going to take for them to do their job. Someone getting hit a by car because they have walk in the street. Because they are to lazy to their job.

No tree trimming or leaf and debris assistance. Property is overgrown. Poor roads. No recycling.. And rent increases each year by inconsistent rates +10 one year then +15 the next now + 50 under new management new+ 30 late fees. forced electronic payments no cash payments, partial payments, checks or money orders...

It was a nice place to live until Lakeshore management bought it. The reviews on better business bureau, and indeed paint a good picture of Lakeshore management. They have also had the Mn attorney general step in and assist residents in other mobile home parks that they own. They are corporate and aggressive. They should have stayed in Florida where they belong.

I enjoy going and visiting my friend there, but I've been to a lot of different trailer parks and I believe the houses are way too close together at this trailer park! And I believe the lot rent is way too expensive for as close as these houses are! They have basically no yards and you can hear everything that's going on in your neighbor's house so you shouldn't have to pay that much to be living right on top of somebody else!
