A well kept campground. Very peaceful and beautiful views of the lake through the trees. The park rangers are very friendly and nice. During our most recent stay they stopped to show my son and our group a turtle they were transporting to its new home on part of the lake.

Great camping accommodations. You don’t feel like you’re top on of your neighbors. Platforms are elevated and practically level. Most sites have lake views. We enjoyed listening to a Saturday night band at the marina’s restaurant across the water from the campground. Plenty of bathhouses scattered throughout. Each site has its own water and electric hookups (no sewer hookups, but there’s a dump station on site), campfire ring and grill.

We camped at EE over Easter weekend and really enjoyed the campground, Center Hill Lake and the area attractions. This is a very hilly campground but TN has built very nice platforms on most of the sites. We have a 30' travel trailer and were a perfect fit but some of the sites will require very good parking skills for rookie campers.

We went for camping during the weekend at Edgar Evins State Park and the experience was really nice, the camping slots are designed "deck" looking, well separated from one another and with enough space to accommodate all your gear. The views at the park are amazing and you have several trails to hike, so overall amazing experience and the views at night are amazingly beautiful if you like stargazing.

Campground is pretty nice. Some campsites have a pretty steep entrance ramp and can cause some dragging or bottoming or depending on ground clearances. On our visit, the bath house closest to our campsite was closed. There was no alert on the website about this, so be aware that you may have a bit of a walk to the bath house. Overall, the campground could use some clean up. Fair amount of trash and litter in the woods behind our site. This could be due to the fact that the sites don't each have a trash can. Bathroom was in need of some TLC, as some of the stall doors had broken latches. Still a good place to camp, the views are great overlooking the water.
