Wanting to rent tomorrow. Would like to move in to a 1 bed single wide I have been a doctor in corsicana for 37 years establishing Family Clinic of Corsicana in 1982 with Dr Dale Campbell, a native of Corsicana and valedictorian in 1972. Dale recruited me. Dale retired last August. I retired 8 years ago. Dr. Bill MC Henry joined us at the beginning we were all in the same residency class at JPS the top Family Residency in the United States in 1982. John Peter Smith Hospital Residency our of 1000 family practice residencies in the country there was only a orthopedic residency and a 3 person OB residency interest in doing female (Gym surgery). We did pretty much all the OB. We did pediatrics, internal medicine, and had ICU privileges. We provided most of the general phychiatric care since Corsicana has only one Psychiatrist who stayed two years in the last 50 years. I referred to the Psychiatrist complicated patients but many patients who first not admit they had a problem in the 70's, 80's and 90's not would go out of count. We providers would read and study harder and try our best to provide care. They could not be unt We delivered babies I including C'sections. Dr. Ron Merrill JPS joined us in 1986. He was in a class four years before us.
Been here 20+ years. Normally quiet but the occasional loud music is annoying and the inconsiderate people that like to throw their trash just wherever they please. Lot rent is getting pretty steep higher than my house payment.
50% of the time its quiet. The other half is people blaring music and bass As they fly through here...not excited about lot rent going up either...they seem to screw up on the utilities every 2 months. Kids run through your yards, yell and scream you can hear them inside your home, hits your vehicles and homes with soccer balls..parties just about every weekend. Cathy is getting this place nice though. Edit: Cathy is no longer here. Place is plumiting. Everything is going up. Water, trash, rent. The Longer you stay the more you pay. Up almost $300 in lot rent in 5 years.
It has been one of those days where I seem to be targeted by some entity here at the mobile home park. I see that the children no longer are walking around the neighborhood like they used to and my dogs are being stubborn about going out to potty and when they done they seem to know something is definitely not right here. I do not feel the way I did when I moved here. Would not tell anyone that this is a great neighborhood if I where asked by anyone. No management around and I feel we have been left to the wolves literally.
