This place will violate tenants rights, even if it would effect health and safety of a disabled individual. It's not a place for children.the $600 rent is excessive. Totally awesome, all the people are here are real nice, and laid back. What I like the most is I can leave my stuff outside over night, and not have to worry about it being stolen!!!
The first thing it smells like Hot wind is off fresh tead if the wind blows your etc goes out then rent goes up to 600 that is why people move out
As a last resort. Richard (owner) and Daniel (manager) we friendly and accommodating. That said, the place is in horrible condition. A burned out unit at the front. Clothes and furniture thrown out doors. Units not in storage as much as abandoned. Went here only because the sites at the state park in Ennis was closed for flood cleanup. I didn't take a picture. I teally don't want to remember it.
