One enthusiastic camper perfectly articulated the appeal, stating, "This is by far my favorite place to camp. We boondocked# 16 memorial weekend. The view was amazing. The campground has numerous awesome sites on and off the water. It's clean, well kept, and all around pretty decent. I cannot wait to come back." This sentiment is widely echoed by visitors who appreciate the campground's commitment to cleanliness and its inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned RVer or prefer the simplicity of tent camping, Turkey Point offers diverse options to suit every preference.

Melvern Lake is a significant draw, offering a wide array of water-based activities. From fishing to boating, the lake provides endless possibilities for enjoyment. Even on days when the fish aren't biting as much, as one review noted, "Fishing from the bank. Only caught a couple. Water way down," the overall beauty and tranquility of the setting remain paramount. The campground's strategic location ensures that you're never far from the water's edge, making it an ideal spot for anyone who loves lakeside living.
