I live here for quite a few years. I did like the way there was no crazy happenings going on . But the trailer I lived n had black mold I didn't realize that that was what was making my asthma bad . I had many attacks which resulted in many, many ER visits.

Shootings, loud music every night, stray dogs everywhere, trashy people, burnouts at the stop signs, and 1 particularly crybaby Karen. Its ok.

Quiet place to live but awful roads. Pot holes will mess up your car and tires. :(. Your paying 200.00/ month lot payment for nothing. Just renting. Cut your own grass, pay for the trash so they are not using the lot payments for improvements. Which really sucks.

It's good that families who live there look out for each other . But the owners need to provide better play equipment for kids and new fences to provide safety for all from the railroad tracks...

Came to visit a friend. Saw leftover trash from homes that have been moved out near well kept lots. Was told the mess had been there a while.
