It's a nice resort, but the money grabbing is intense here. When you book your site, it looks like you're choosing a specific site. But then if you want to lock in that site it's an extra $25. I'm not aware of any other campground that has bs fees like an airliner for picking a seat. If this is your policy, why let people pick at site at all? Also, where is the map of sites that I can choose from if I lock a site in? I should be able to see who has not locked in there site so I know what options I have for lock in. There's so much drama that can happen with a policy like this that I can't imagine it being good for business.
May 27, 2025 · Dan GuerndtStaff at the office very helpful and professional. Basketball court I think Drew in people that live onsite because the teenagers and kids playing were very rude and confrontational. They bullied my son off the court. the Waterpark was very nice , beech was fun. suggestion, maybe make it two half courts so they can stay on one side. we pay alot of money to come here, should be able to enjoy everything thats here to offer.
May 24, 2025 · gordan ShumwayJust stayed here for the first time. It was one of the the best campgrounds we have ever been to! Now I want a seasonal site!
May 26, 2025 · Nicole BundyWe have been camping here since 2010, they have done an amazing job of upgrading sites and bonfire pits including adding full hookups and pull through sites! There are tons of activities for kids and adults! The pool, adult pool, lake with inflatables, and playgrounds are very well kept and perfect for kids of all ages! The on site restaurant has great food and the pizza is really good!!! The staff is friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to come back next year!!!
Oct 04, 2024 · bret wThis was our first time staying at this campground, and there is definitely a lot to like about it. Plenty of things for both kids and adults to do. Food was good, coffee shop was amazing and everyone was very friendly. However, there were a few things that we did not like. One of them was the premium back-in sites. They felt very much like group sites. Our fire pit was only about 20 feet away from our neighbors. Some people may like this, but it definitely wasn’t our style. But our biggest complaint about the campground was the trees. They are in desperate need for trimming. Our camper is about 13 feet tall, and we had to be very selective as to which roads we took so we wouldn’t cause damage to our roof. Our campsite in particular had a very low tree that caused us to not even be able to back in all the way. Update: it’s not that the trees didn’t meet our expectations… it’s that they literally scratched our camper and could have done far worse damage if we didn’t pay attention.
