Keep raising the rent but not doing anything to clean up the place .play ground is bad for kids they do not know what to get into. They need to put some money into fixing things in the park like the roads and give the kids a better place to play. They need to have better security in here.they dont have a clue what goes on here. They pick on certain residents and others get away with stuff. This place has went down hill. There is one good manger but she cant do it all.
