These include exciting events like golf cart parades, pool parties, "Christmas in July," live music, potlucks, kids' bingo, pumpkin carving, chili cookoffs, and fishing tournaments. This ensures there's always something happening to keep campers entertained and foster community spirit.
Pet-Friendly Policy: Many of the cabins are pet-friendly (for an additional charge), and reviews suggest the campground generally welcomes dogs, which is a significant plus for Wisconsin campers who travel with their furry companions.

Wilson Lake Campground & Resort, as a dynamic and family-owned establishment, offers various pricing structures and value propositions that act as inherent promotions, encouraging different types of stays.
Weekly Rates for Extended Stays: While specific "discounts" aren't explicitly detailed, the mention of "Weekly Premium Rustic Cabin Rate," "Weekly Standard Rustic Cabin Rate," and "Weekly RV Site Rate" on their booking platforms indicates that longer stays (e.g., a week) likely come with a more economical per-night rate compared to booking individual nights. This is a common form of promotion for campgrounds, encouraging extended vacations.
Seasonal Site Availability: The significant number of "year-round site" options is a major draw for many Wisconsin campers. While these typically involve a commitment, they offer substantial savings and convenience for those who frequently camp throughout the season, effectively serving as a long-term value promotion.
Inclusive Amenities: The presence of a swimming beach, boat access (with piers), a pool, playground, and various scheduled activities (like holiday fireworks, live music, and themed events) are all included with the cost of a site or cabin. These extensive amenities add considerable value to the stay, acting as a de facto promotion by providing a rich experience without numerous additional fees.
Special Event Programming: The regular schedule of "Family Events" and "Adult Events" throughout the camping season, including popular holidays like the Fourth of July fireworks, adds immense value and is a key "offer" that attracts and retains campers. These events create a vibrant atmosphere that many seek in a campground.

Customer Reviews
Love my year round site that I park my 43' camper on. Great people and fun all around.
Nice lake and surroundings, very un-level camp sites, employees don't know how to do things or how to answer questions. Only book for the weekend and if you want to stay longer, extend it. If you cut your stay short, you wont get a refund. You may not like it. Most of the people just wouldn't even say good morning when I passed them by. Unfriendly place for single women campers. Had some unsavory people drive slowly by my campsite and spit out their window towards me. I suspect they thought i was LGBTQ. This would mean it is unsafe for that community. Very cliquish. I won't be back.
Very nice campground. They are doing alot of renovations, making more sites & a pool. Place is clean, people are very friendly. Went with my grandson & had a great time. Hoping to go back in August to spend more time there. Definitely will go again next year, can't wait to see all the improvements. I wish I could have met the owners to inquire more about the campground & thank them for the awesome job they are doing. We really did like the The Wilson Lake Campground
Stopped in to take a tour of the campground to scope out if I wanted to camp there. Jamie assisted in answering the questions that I had. When the time avails itself I will go camping there. I found the campground has new owners. They are spending a bunch of money to rejuvenate and expand the campground. There was new electrical infrastructure having been recently installed. There is ongoinghas renovations to the mechanical systems for the showers. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and sanitary. The cabins, although I did not tour them showed signs of recent renovation work. The campground was very neat and tidy. The lake front was very attractive. There was children's playground equipment available. The facility had about 75 camping trailers in the sites, making it attractive and not overcrowded. The distance between campers was respectable each site was perhaps 50 ft wide, and were very nicely laid out.
You can rent seasonally or for a weekend. Great prices either way, and loads of great people. A nice place to relax away from home.
