Fain's RV Park focuses on providing essential services to ensure a comfortable and accommodating stay for its RV guests, whether for short visits or extended periods. While explicit, exhaustive lists of services are not always publicly detailed for smaller, privately owned parks, common offerings based on typical RV park operations and customer feedback usually include:
- RV Site Rentals: The core service is the provision of dedicated sites for recreational vehicles. Given the positive reviews, these sites are likely to be "spacious" and well-maintained.
- Full Hookups (Implied): While not explicitly stated, "Fain's RV Park" would typically provide full hookups (water, electricity, sewer) to accommodate modern RVs and longer stays, which are supported by the reviews mentioning extended residency (+2.5 yrs).
- Long-Term Stay Options: Customer reviews explicitly mention residents staying for "over 2.5 years," indicating that the park readily accommodates and perhaps even specializes in long-term RV residency, offering a stable base for working professionals or those extended stays.

- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Residents describe the park as "clean," which implies that routine maintenance and upkeep of the sites and common areas are provided to ensure a pleasant environment.
- Accessibility to Utilities: The implication of long-term stays means reliable access to necessary utilities for RV operation.
The personalized approach of the owner and the ability to accommodate long-term residents are key "services" that differentiate Fain's RV Park, creating a more welcoming and flexible environment than many larger, more rigid corporate parks.
Fain's RV Park offers several key features and highlights that contribute to its appeal and positive reputation among RVers in the North Charleston area:
- Exceptional Owner & Management: A standout feature is the kindness and willingness of the owner to "work with you." This personalized and flexible approach to management is highly valued by residents and fosters a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, distinguishing it from less personal, corporately owned parks.
- Prime & Convenient Location: As highlighted in reviews, the "great location" is a major asset. Situated in North Charleston, the park provides immediate access to "all the business near by, food/ activities," ensuring residents have everything they need just moments away. This includes major employers, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

These features collectively paint a picture of Fain's RV Park as a practical, friendly, and highly convenient option for RV living, particularly for those seeking a stable long-term solution in the North Charleston region.
Specific, publicly advertised promotions or special offers for Fain's RV Park are not consistently detailed in widely available online information. As a smaller, owner-operated RV park that notably accommodates long-term residents, any "promotions" are often embedded in their pricing structure and personalized approach rather than formal, temporary deals.
However, based on the customer reviews highlighting the owner's willingness to "work with you" and the suitability for "over 2.5 yrs" stays, it's highly probable that the park offers:
- Long-Term Stay Rates: The primary "special offer" is likely a competitive and flexible pricing structure for extended stays (e.g., weekly or monthly rates) that are significantly more economical than nightly rates. The owner's flexibility suggests they may tailor arrangements based on the length of stay or individual circumstances.
- Personalized Rate Discussions: Given the direct and kind approach of the owner, prospective long-term residents may find that discussing their specific needs and duration of stay directly with the owner could result in a customized and favorable rate.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding lot availability, current rental rates for both short and long-term stays, and any potential flexible arrangements or discounts, the most reliable method is to directly contact Fain's RV Park. Their owner would be the best source for precise details relevant to your specific needs and interest in the community.

Customer Reviews
I would definitely recommend, the area is great with all the business near by, food/ activities. My wife and I stayed for +2.5 yrs and loved it. The owner is kind and will work with you. Only down fall is the low housing community surrounding it.
Great location. The nicest folks to deal with. Very spacious and clean.
I've been here since August It is very hard to get in here luckily we knew someone that was already here and he was able to get us in a spot. He does not have many spots here it's a smaller RV campground, right now it looks like they are full. But it's close to almost everything you need. Gym, grocery stores, restaurants, airport, and a short commute to my husband's work and about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Every once in a while you'll hear the cars on the interstate but for the most part you don't. And you really don't hear the airport traffic but the military is here as well and you can hear those aircraft's for sure. I haven't seen a shower room or laundry facility but I guess I also haven't asked because there's a brand new laundromat across the road. And I use my shower in my camper so I haven't had the need for a shower outside of my camper.
My son has been living at this rv park since 2016. As he works at the base, so convenient for him. I think the owner is a very nice person. When i couldn't reach out to my son, he was so sympathetic and called me. He was indeed very helpful. It is a well kept place, close to shopping areas, restaurants, the ocean..great whatever your purpose being in Charleston is.
I love this place. It's quiet except for the planes, trains, and automobiles. People are nice, the man that runs the place is a great guy on top of everything else. And my neighbors that I have met, have also been really nice people as well. Very happy that this is not a large park, but close to everything all at the same time.
