My father has lived in this neighborhood for more than 20 years. I lived with him years ago when I was a child and after he passed in November of 2023, I was able to live in his home. The lot rent is outrageous, but I am grateful to live here. That being said, the maintenance crew blows debris, with leaves, dirt, rocks, and other trash from the streets into the yards and onto our vehicles. I was able to stop the maintenance man today and ask him to please stop blowing the debris on to my vehicle. He responded with it's just leaves and to take it up with the office. I sent the office manager, sylvia, an email asking if there is a better way to deal with the debris other than blowing it onto the vehicles. She responded that if I wanted to clean the area myself I'm welcome to do so and to not harass the employees anymore. I did not harass anyone, I simply asked he stopped blowing debris on my car. I have been searching for a corporate number or someone above the office manager to speak to but seems to be no luck there. I asked sylvia for the cooperate number but she has not responded. This is incredibly disheartening after years of enjoying this neighborhood as a child, as an adult, and as a mother. I am seriously concerned that the well being and safety of the residents here is not only overlooked, but almost laughed at. The integrity of the neighborhood I once loved has plummeted judging by the reviews over the past few years alone. A lot of residents have expressed feeling scared to complain because they are threatened with being kicked out. I understand management has a set of responsibilities but threatening tenants and being combative when there is a complaint is not good management. I see there is a response from the owner on positive reviews but no response for the genuine concerns being posted. I would really appreciate corporate to reach out to those of us who feel trapped and unheard when there are genuine concerns with management. They work here but we live here. Thank you

The communicate is very nice and layered back. It would be awesome place to retire. However, the property manager there does everything but her job. She creates drama within the community, slanders people names, make people feel threaten that they may lose their homes if they don't comply with what she says because they don't want any trouble. Which I can understand because this is a family community that consist of people that are retired, up in she, or have jobs and children that consumers much if their time where they don't have time for anything else at all set aside drama. The community is nice the people within the community is awesome but the property manager I know it's hey crew but they carry themselves as a gang makes this company appear to not be the great family oriented company it always was. I would rate this company a five star if it was super based on the community for three last sixteen years I need but with this staff I can only give it one. Changes definitely need to be made and I'm not the only one that feels that way I'm just the only one not afraid to speak up. I have tried every way to locate a corporate number to contact before I made this list to avoid having to do this and after hours of doing that yesterday and still hitting a dead end, this was my only option I truly hope the right person reads this and address the manager that's running this community wreckless causing people money stress embarrassment and shame. I apologize for making this list but it needed to be done so Simone could reach out and or an end to the misconduct if people that are in leadership told acting like they are lost children. Thank you and have a blessed day!
