Very large and deep pot holes on all the roads going through the trailer park. Trailers are run down, and maintenance is not quick to fix the basic things. Only perk is the landlord is willing to work with you when it comes to rent if your going through a rough patch.

It's literally the worst. possible living conditions in poteau. Ask anything about it and I'll tell you everything.

Not to bad of a place. The roadways through the trailer park need some serious filling. Looked at one trailer and you can see the light outside coming through the walls in places. The living room doesn't even have a light on the ceiling. No lights in living room at all. Great location though. Just needs some work. Would love to raise my star rating. Hope to see wonderful upgrades

Really wish they would turn the mobile into tiny and make upgrades but if you need a place to stay they do have some empty mobile homes
