We have lived here just over 3 years, in that time rent has doubled in price and continues to go up every year, with not much improvements. The water is always out, sometimes days at a time. One would think we wouldn't have this problem as much with rent increases in hopes of upgrading pipes or at least start in the upgrade process... instead we get a children's playground.. money well spent, I suppose if your 7 and just getting out of school. Sometimes on the way to and from home it seems another trailer has left, or owners trying to sell theirs to get out of this place. I have counted 16 just this year, between the selling or vacant lots, since the new management. If you are looking for a place to move you and your family into, I'd suggest anywhere that is not owned by these people, also they gave discounts to people for a period of time who gave good reviews, (evidence being since the new owners took over, most "5star reviews" are all in same time period) I dont really feel that represents an honest customer/client partake.
Dec 19, 2024 · preyviousI’ve been a resident for three years. The park used to be really nice, until the new owners/management took over. The park has went down hill fast. From the rent increase to the water constantly being off for repairs. The water is off for 1-24 hours majority of the time. The rules never get enforced. If you have small children you can’t go walk, do to people speeding. Speed bumps won’t get replaced neither. A lot of streetlights have been out since 2021 and the park won’t fix them. I have also had to purchase cameras because the flow of foot traffic and people breaking into vehicles the past 2.5 years. We also got a letter stating that rent will increase because of lift stations for the sewer pumps going out often. Putting the cost of the pumps on the renters is just crazy. Yes, this has been brought to the main office but nothing gets done. There is a lot of people having the same issues and have addressed there concerns also. I hope this helps.
Oct 23, 2024 · Jhmmm LoksI’ve lived here for the past 3 years. The Park used to be very well kept up until new owners took over. Since then there has been the following changes: rent increase, roads/trailers not maintained, water being cut off for 1-29hours for repairs, dogs not on a leash, and people speeding. When brought to the office for theses issues, nothing gets done with new management. I’m not the only one with these issues. Also, I have had to purchase cameras due to the amount of people who cut through my yard or randomly looking for stuff to steal. Not the safest place to live.
Oct 11, 2024 · J KI have been here since 2015. The neighborhood and management is amazing. It's nice to have neighbors there for you when things get rough. During the hurricane was hard for everyone but here was like a family helping each other out.
