Love 💕 living here ! The Management & Maintenance Staff always treat their residents like family and they actually care about their residents unlike other parks that are corporately owned. The rent is reasonable for a mobile home lot and if you own an RV your utilities (electricity and water & sewer) are included in the rent price as well as lawn maintenance. So glad we moved back here ! Our dogs love it too!

The place it’s pretty. Not going to complain about the staff that takes care of the area BUT they have a big issue that in my opinion it just makes the whole place horrible. They are too strict on what someone can have on their small yard lot THEY PAY RENT for. Can’t have a trampoline, can’t have a bike sitting outside for a moment, can’t have a grill because they see it as it’s making the environment ugly and looking bad for them. Like come on, charging 500+ for lot rent and not letting their guest at least have something for their kids or themselves to make it feel like home? EVEN if you park touching the grass a little bit, they call in to tow your car…like????

Bad maintenance Pricey lot monthly charge Lady at the office is not respectful And she got a family truck to impound everyone vehicle "Not parking well" and charge more that $300 to release that vehicle!!! Bad practice! Literally stole people's money

Why don't they just give up on mobile homes and change into real big homes so they can actually get more profit because more people are going to think its a amazing place to live and if they see trailers and RVs they're absolutely not going to live here I already got robbed and also I smell marijuana so just change to at least homes and not trailers so you can make more profit because people love houses.
