We are currently staying here for the summer in our 40ft 5th wheel with multiple slide outs. Each RV spot has plenty of yard space. We buried our electric cord to keep away from mower blades. We have planters around our camper and told him we’d weed whip close so he doesn’t have to get close to the camper. I was hesitant too about staying here after reading the reviews but honestly we haven’t had any problems. We are in our early 50’s and our friends that are the same age stay here too. We do like to stay up late and socialize around the campfire as do our neighbors. We aren’t exactly quiet but aren’t party animals and have never had an issue. There are issues with maintenance such as docks and guest showers/restrooms. If your RV doesn’t have these it would be a problem. The owners are elderly and can’t keep up I feel. I wish they had boat/pontoon rentals and other amenities the bigger resorts do. But don’t worry about staying here based on a couple bad reviews. Clean, decent RV park on a Great Lake.

We have been going to this resort since Rick & Babs took it over. We have enjoyed it very much. We stay in one of the cabins. The cabins sit right close to the water with stairs down to the dock. You have a beautiful view of the lake right from the cabin. Cabins are always clean and you can park car next to cabin. There is a big flat open area to park your trailer/boat. Boat ramp has just the right slope to put your boat in. Water is quite clear. We were deeply sorry to hear of the passing of one of the owners - Babs. She will be missed by all. Our hearts go out to the family.

We stayed here over the 4th with friends and kids, such a clean resort and the owners are very friendly! Everyone in the resort was friendly. The kids loved the beach and the playground, we felt very safe letting them explore! Fire pits and large yard areas around each RV site!

Rick? And babs are totally unprofessional. Rick is off the chain for his temper. He rannover our extention chord withbhis lawn mower while it was tucked under the camper. And came unglued about our chord wrecking his belt... Well that chord powers my camper. And wrecked everything in the fridgeband freezer. Leaving me withba bloody thawed out stinky mess. In thebmiddle of summer. They also snuck in an extra charge atvthe end pf our stay since we used the "free" shower house listed as an amenity and then called the sherrifs dept when we tried to dispute it. Peacefully mind you. We also got yelled at for leaving our camper at 7bpm and returning around 10 pm from the gym. Apparently you cant have your cars warm up in the morning because of rick and babs and fellow tennants complain. Ive stayed in over 15 dofferent campsites in the last 5 years. We kept the lot neat and tidy. Left no reason for them to mess with us. And yet thisbhappens to be the worst place I've seen. Not to mention ibasked to rent a boat. Everybtime rick said they're all used. And none of their boats never touched the water. The ad is very deceiving. Seemed to be a nice place. These people are too old and dont deserve loyal customers. Maybe its time they hang it up and sell the resort to a deserving person. Beautiful lake and woods. Horrible owners. I will be sure to go out of my way to tell people how unpleasant this place is. If I could I'd rate it 0/100 but Google gives them the benefit of the doubt. Dont go here. Ripple river in Aitkin is the place to go.

I stayed here while I was working. The owners are mean and rude especially the guy. I have woken up to go to work stepped outside to have him swearing at me about my water hook up being in the way of his mowing. Your not aloud to use the bath house, they must just use it as a way to get people there. There was nothing good about this place. Stayed at a lot of place but this one is the worse.
