Used to be the nicest park in Wakeman . Since the Office burned down in early 2000βs it is hard to contact office management . Used to maintain trees once a year . Now there are lots that look unkempt and homes in need of repairs . Lease agreements have no one making sure yards are good and maintenance kept up .
They need a better maintenance man. He half fixes everything! And rental for those trailers is way way over priced!
New here from Seattle Washington. Love the nice people! So far so good. I wonβt hold my breath. πππ€
