Glendale Mobile Home Park is a manufactured home community located in Greenwood, Indiana. Like other mobile home parks, it provides plots of land, or "lots," where residents can place their manufactured homes. The appeal of mobile home living often lies in its potential for affordability and the community-oriented lifestyle it can offer. However, it is crucial for prospective residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of any community they are considering, by evaluating both its features and the experiences of those who have lived there.

Resident feedback concerning Glendale Mobile Home Park suggests a mixed experience. Some past residents have expressed concerns about the park's overall condition, particularly regarding road maintenance and the state of some homes within the community. Other older reviews indicate positive experiences, highlighting aspects like being a family-friendly neighborhood, with well-maintained roads and good drainage. Very run down. Needs paved streets nothing but holes everywhere in the road which used to be gravel. Some of the trailers need repaired or replaced badly. All in all it needs more care and attention but I don't think the owners care about the place too much they just care about getting money

Do not move here! All the trailers are falling apart. The owners are horrible people! They have a man and woman that will go threw your trash and pretend to fix things. There is a sewage problem that they can't and won't fix.
