For Texans considering their housing options in the dynamic Central Texas region, Glenwood Park in Georgetown offers a distinct proposition that could be highly suitable for a specific local demographic. While past reviews highlight challenges with management, the core appeal of a manufactured home community like Glenwood Park often lies in its unique advantages, particularly in a competitive housing market.
Firstly, affordability is a significant factor. Manufactured home living often provides a more accessible pathway to homeownership compared to traditional stick-built homes, a crucial consideration for many Texans facing rising housing costs. For those seeking to build equity and establish roots in a community without the substantial upfront investment of a conventional house, Glenwood Park could present a viable solution. The ability to own a home in a location like Georgetown, known for its quality of life and growing economy, at a more approachable price point, is a major draw.

Being close to Georgetown's amenities – its historic square, shopping, and healthcare – means residents enjoy the benefits of city living without being immersed in its density. For Texans looking for an affordable, quiet, and conveniently located place to establish a home, Glenwood Park offers a unique blend that, with thorough due diligence, could prove to be an excellent choice for long-term residency.
Called the number and dealt with the most unhelpful property manager of all time 🤣. He couldn’t give me any information and seemed to be very annoyed by me asking basic questions a property manager would know. UPDATE: Asking about the lot rent is out of scope for a property manager? That was my actual question, I was then asked if I had reached out to the homeowners and I let him know it was a listing through Zillow and I just wanted to know about the lot rent and if he knew of any other properties that might be for sale.
Jan 08, 2025 · Manuel SaavedraI am a current tenant at this park, as of a couple of years ago when new management took over, this part has been the worst place to live at, I wish I could move from there but it is not easy to do so. I do not recommend living here,
Jul 25, 2024 · edgar vargasNew rules come up everyday. Before new management took over and hired the property manager it was an enjoyable place to live. However, now you have to walk on egg shells on your own property as the manager is looking for any and every reason to complain about SOMETHING. I definitely regret moving into this community!
Jun 21, 2022 · Stephanie HodgeHorrible park. Park Manager harasses you at all times, constantly walks around your home, but won't do anything at all unless it helps him personally. Neighbors call on each other to get people evicted, and the management company only paved a small part of each driveway after promising the whole thing. Lot prices go up up constantly and fewer services are offered. Four years and no topsoil has been put anywhere. It is owned by a large company that will gladly evict you and take your home. Don't risk this place.
Oct 08, 2021 · R AndrzejYou have not Liberty on your own home. I’m a single woman and the manager harassing me sometimes driving around the street and stop in front of my home to looks what’s happening inside. All my neighbors saw him during the nights watching at my home. He is so un respectful. The manager is racist with Hispanic people. He knows everything that happens in my home and all the people who comes in and out of my home. My emotional health is affected for the actions of this old guy.
