Choosing a mobile home park involves evaluating various factors, including location, amenities, and critically, the living conditions and management responsiveness. The provided reviews for Goodwill Chapel Trailer Park contain strong feedback from former residents, which should be carefully considered by anyone looking to live here.

Location and Accessibility

Goodwill Chapel Trailer Park is situated at 26515 Goodwill Chapel Rd, Sedalia, MO 65301, USA. This location places the park outside the immediate downtown area of Sedalia, typically suggesting a more rural or semi-rural setting. For Missouri locals, this might appeal to those seeking a quieter environment, away from the direct hustle and bustle of city life.

Accessibility to amenities is a key consideration for any residential area. While Goodwill Chapel Road itself suggests a more residential and possibly less trafficked route, proximity to essential services in Sedalia would depend on the exact distance to main roads and commercial centers. Generally, mobile home parks located slightly outside the city limits still aim to provide reasonable access to necessities such as grocery stores, schools, healthcare facilities, and employment opportunities within Sedalia. This is another nasty trailer court in Sedalia, the trailers are nasty, infested with bed bugs and roaches!I've known so different people that have moved out there because that was the only place they can afford at the time and they regretted it, also nothing but a drug zone full of meth and thieves. Not somewhere you want your children around not speaking of the murder they had a few years ago.
