This is a great place to live. After a fire living in a motel for 6 weeks, the owners got us in and settled within a week. They were amazing. It is quiet and everyone is very friendly.

Best residential neighborhood / small / friendly and very responsible residents. Well kept yards, safe and clean. Easy to make new friends and close walkabilty to Menards, Kohls and Steak N Shake. Deer and wild turkey live close by in adjacent woods. City of Sedalia Sewers located in Pettis County just outside city limits. The best of both!!
