Park manager and dad constantly harass tenets, he’s got a huge power struggle. They expect their tenets to deal with rent raises but do not communicate with them about why or when. Only decent person is the wife, she’s a blessing. Don’t rent OR own here unless you want a guy complaining and pounding on your door at 8 am about rust on your grill.
Horrible ppl who own this place...is not interested in working with ppl...they look down on ppl it ain't right!!!!
