Love having a place at Shady Grove MHP! They have a couple NEW mobile homes on lot for sale. You buy the home and rent the lot. It’s next to KOA but separate from that and for 55 & older. It’s not private, quiet, and near the beach. Most everyone has a golf cart to ride to beach and more! Best known secret to have my little place!! ❤️🏝️🏖️
55 and over Mobile Home community where you own the trailer and pay a lot lease. Included in that lot lease is water service and trash disposal. You are only 4 blocks to the beach. There are miniature golf courses, shops, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the park. The community is pet friendly. This community is 1 block away from Route 17 business & 1.5 miles to the Boardwalk.
Great for families, and dogs! It's set back from all the carnival like attractions so it feels more privet. But still close enough to everything, including the beach. Bathrooms and all facilities are nicely kept. It's worth the cost of what you get.

I slept in the cabins here. It comes with 1 AC, 2 windowS, 1 single bed, and 1 bunk bed. It has outlet for coaxial cords so you can watch TV. WiFi here isn't too bad. AC worked perfectly
