This place makes no sense. It's run down and the manager gets into people for their yards yet the vacant lots and trailers still have the same old couches and pipes of trash for years now. The neighbors won't help you if your exboyfriend is abusive either. My momma was murdered here!

Ran down and in disrepair, most homes are vacant, the rest are less than livable options, the city could spend a week writing up code compliance violations and only be half done.
