Customer Reviews
As a 10-year resident of this community, I have seen at least four management teams come and go since my arrival, yielding a mix of positive and negative results. Although the new manager, Michael, has made significant strides in improving the community, she has also implemented various new charges that were not previously applicable, which seems unjustified considering the substantial lot rent we pay, and one would anticipate a more homeowner-friendly approach, particularly for residents who diligently try but for the most part great place to live there has been a lot more teenager running around causing problems but I'm hoping that will die down now that we have new managers
Just recently moved in the refurbished home I moved into is an absolute nightmare multiple things were wrong with the home upon moving in they give you 30 days to tell them and then they claim to fix them I have lighting issues that I've had since I moved in and I still have that were not fixed as well as heating cooling issues since I moved in that have not been fixed my heating and cooling unit actually has duct tape on it from the person they sent over who they called a professional also they do not tell you that if you are rent is late at all even buy a couple days there is a 275 charge so anytime your rent is late is not normal charges it's almost $300. They will not tell you this upon moving in they did not tell me multiple things they should have told me upon moving in I would seriously avoid this place please do not make the same mistake I did. Buy anywhere else. I do have messages and paperwork for these claims anyone who is intending on buying from this place if you would like to see the actual paperwork where they charged me $275 when my rent was 4 days late I will gladly give it to you as well as I can give you messages that prove that my lighting was not taken care of by them for over a month and even then it was not fixed correctly. After being here for almost a year I would like to add to this post. This place is only getting worse. Currently we had our trash service changed with no notice, we don't know why. All of my neighbor's are stuck trying to to figure out when trash day is. The only notice you will get here is if the lady at the office can charge u for something. I've even gotten a notice to clean my porch or she would charge me and nothing was on my porch but a dog kennel. This place sucks bad and I've never had a landlord seek out ways to charge u additional money every month. Not to mention the violence and theft that are now happening our cars are being broken into and out kids are being jumped and assaulted by other kids (was a neighbor's kid not mine) I can't wait to get outrom under this horrible place and move In response to managements comment. When I signed my lease your property manager didn't even know how to fill one out I was absolutely NOT told about your exaggerated late fees or I would have never moved into this place. It isn't family friendly at all. Once again I can't wait to live out the four years and move the hell out of this place. Your manager sent me a notification to clean my porch or get charged 50$ . ... The ONLY thing on the porch was a dog kennel. Your property manager was upset about my review so she harassed me all last summer. This place is trash and I will spend my last breath convincing ppl to not.move here. So far I have deterred a few. I promise it cost your company a lot more than the late fee you charged me. And one last thing if you cared at all about the atmosphere in this place you would do something about the children fighting and tearing everyone's things up but you don't. Your company's goal is not to have a decent nice living place your goal is to gather even more money off of people that are already giving you an exaggerated lot rent. I would give zero Stars if it was an option.
I don't really recommend anyone living here. They charge you 300$ off the bat if you're late on rent for even 2 days. They will also be suing you by the 4th day. They don't just charge you a big late fee, they also try to evict you 😂 let's get into the actual place. My trailer is not finished. They did not have lights working when I moved in. My drains are clogged. There is duck tape in my heating system that they "fixed". Dude.. go anywhere else but here. By the way literally nobody told me about the late fees or evictions. When I got the paperwork for the eviction, it said I had already been told I was getting evicted. That did not happen. The landlord also never told us we were getting evicted. Shady place. Just all around terrible Also they will force mow you, without notice. They will put the "notice" in your mailbox which is ILLEGAL. Will be getting them fined for that. This place will take your money & rob you blind
I love it here ! We've been here for five years My Mother in-law and father in-law lived here when I was dating my husband It's always been beautiful place the kids to always run around and play and I feel that they were safe being here It's always been a clean part
This is a great community, I have lived here almost 3 years now. The neighbors are overall very nice and helpful if your in need of help or just friends. The community is very clean and people seem to take great care of their homes. On site staff works around the clock keeping the grounds maintained and are also friendly and helpful to community memebers. I would highly recommend this place if your looking to buy or rent in this none home park!
