The demography is great. However, if you’re 55 or older and no children, skip this RV park. Great place for kids and families, but not so great if you’re looking for serenity and peace. As for the facilities, excellent. The only problem I encountered and battled every day was the sewer drain. I had to cover my shower drain, bathroom drain and raise the water level in my toilet to reduce the sewer gas odor. Was it worth the $153.00 a day for the RV site, absolutely not. The RV’s are packed in pretty tight. Privacy, very little. Bathroom and shower facilities, excellent. Clean and comfortable. I would consider coming back only if the sites by the small lake were available.

This campground was amazing! Friendly staff, many activities for the kids, trolley into Gatlinburg from the campground and the cleanest bathrooms & showers we have ever experienced at a campground. Individual shower rooms with sink, toilet and shower, deadbolt doors - so clean!!! The beach, river and scenery was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful campground. While RVing is fairly new to us, we've been at some less attractive campgrounds and we're disappointed. Greenbrier, however, did no such thing. The sites seemed spacious (we did have a premier site by the river), with a fire ring and grill. The camp baths were nice, playground and pavilion offered enough to do. Even had live music and an ice cream truck came through. The staff were constantly at work keeping the grounds clean. My daughter and I commented on how they rearranged, planted a tree, mulch and rock ring in a very short period of time .. without disrupting the area around. We will definitely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay. It felt very "Eastern Tennessee" ... With it's soothing river and so many trees... It's easy going atmosphere and proximity to Gatlinburg attractions. Loved every minute!
