While some past resident feedback has pointed to areas needing improvement in terms of infrastructure and maintenance, the stated intent of Greenfield Estates to be a "quiet, family-oriented community" highlights its foundational appeal. For families, the pet-friendly policy and the inherent neighborhood structure of a mobile home park can foster a supportive environment for raising children and building connections with neighbors. The management's responsibility for common areas, when effectively executed, contributes to a well-maintained and pleasant living space.

In essence, Greenfield Estates offers a distinct lifestyle choice that aligns with the values and practical needs of many Iowans. From what I hear it is a terrible place to live. The people are unfriendly and the cops are always there. But I don't know if this is true I've only heard it from a few.

Roads need an update and some trailers are in need of fixing. Other than that it's a decent affordable living.
