Customer Reviews
at first it was great! great deals and yolanda was very helpful but once she stepped down and angela or gabby whoever stepped up it’s been terrible. i haven’t had hot water in 10 days and every time i speak to someone there’s an attitude. they don’t respond unless you blow their phone up. there’s been no progress. they come into the home look at stuff and say it will work in an hour and leave and still NO HOT WATER! i have been extremely patient but this management and maintenance is trash and i wish i never would’ve moved in. i regret it so much but if i leave it’s a $3000 fine for breaking the one year lease. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!
They don't clean before you move in. Water is brown, trash hardly ever gets picked up, grass is randomly cut, Appliances are broken, fall out or missing parts. Had to hang the cabinet back on the wall after I filled it with the cups the day I moved in. Office personnel come to you unit and steal your personal property. I lived there for 1 year and the only thing they fixed was an electrical issue but had no problem telling me they would fine me $50 if I didn't replace a broken blind in 3 days. Shower door fell off on my friends 12 year old daughter who is physically disabled and 6 months later still had not been fixed when i begged them weekly. Playground is broken,, missing slides with nothing to keep kids from falling down onto broken metal sticking up out of the ground and the legs of said Playground look like metal Swiss cheese. They charge $40 per month to cut grass but tell you to cut it yourself. They charge you for trash pickup at the same time tell you to arrange pickup yourself with your oun bill. I gave notice i was moving out in writing via email and they still took the following months rent out of my account after I moved out. My kids paid deposit and 1st month but still had no home 3 weeks later. They need to be shut down completely. The state should take it away
This place is such trash! 60% of the mobile homes here are abandoned or in various states of disrepair. Majority of the lots are not tended too and worst of all the damn entire front driveway section is so insanely rough and full of sink holes that its no wonder most of the people living here don't have functional vehicles. Spend the extra 100-200 bucks a month and live somewhere else.
Affordable trailers it would have five stars by getting maintenance and contacting the management office is a headache and could use great improvement on communication with tenants because they don't even knock on your door. They just put a notice on there and they don't even send you a message or an email or anything and just tell you to take care of it. They could really use a better strategy to approach tenants because it leaves a bad taste in my mouth
I agree with the comments about this place. This place is just horrible all around, I don’t recommend no one rent from this place. My leasing was named Angela, they give you false dreams. For example “make it your dream home” but when it comes down to any maintenance being done. They take months to come by and fix the problem. There gonna continue to up your rent, and give you violations. Such as a random dog could be in your yard and they give you a violation because they “assume” it’s your dog. They rather write violations then ask questions. On the day of showing it was a lot of stuff that needed to be fixed inside of the trailer, and I gave them 3 months to fix before I moved in. But by the time I moved in, nothing was changed. So to all the people that’s deciding to move into this place all I can say is *STAY AWAY* by all means.
