This used to be a very fun place. It is still family-friendly and a great little community. People respect the property and keep it clean quiet time is respected and has a very old-school neighborhood feeling. The owner on the other hand has started running good families out by raising prices and making up new "Park rules" that change several times a day. Good luck to anyone that moves in, especially for a long period of time.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a relaxing lake place and worry every time you went down, that you would break one of the 800 rules in the lease agreement and lose your lease..... then happy hollow is for you!!! Its like stepping back in time and enjoying a camping experience with Hitler.... If muddy beaches and Hitler is your thing, than happy hollow is the bees knees.
