Oct 24, 2024 · Jacalyn M BelleriveAmazing place to live. So beautiful and the Board has been updating and improving. It's CoOp and most don't understand it's like living in a HOA, if you can't handle living in a place with rules then community living is not for you. The ones who complain about this community are the ones who can't follow simple rules.. 🤷♀️
Oct 20, 2024 · marie pothierI have lived here for four years. I love my home. It is quiet & peaceful. Neighbors are helpful & caring. There are nice activities with live music, planned by our Social Club/ Committee. Food is delivered to the shut-ins from those social times. We also have a volunteer helping group that help paint, clean up & weed & shrub trimming for some who have physical limitations. There is Bingo every Wednesday if you like Bingo. 😊👍 We have an elected board that oversees the operation of the park. They try hard to keep the rent down to affordable ... includes property taxes, trash removal, yard waste removal, snow removal & water & sewer. They also do this without pay. I appreciate that. Our maintenance Committee works hard addressing updating of electrical, park safety & building & park issues as they come up. They also address keeping the park clean & attractive.
