The host does un plug your trailer and turn off your water heater during the winter he does touch your trailer and doesn't leave it alone
In a tired area of the town with mostly long-term stays. The host asked for me to call when I was 10 minutes from arriving, then after I did so, asked me to call him again when I was five minutes away, then after I did so, he asked me to call him when I had arrived. Otherwise he was pleasant to deal with. Coffeyville is a dying town with not much to see. Price was reasonable; cash only.
Pretty tight knit community when it's full. Everyone watches out for each others belongings. Between that and the cameras there isn't anything missed. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Even when it's packed there's a sense of calm in the park.
Love it. We are in the $15 water/electric Best overnight spot we've stayed at in many a year. Would recommend you empty the cash box more often.
