What makes Hidden Forest RV Club particularly appealing to Georgians is its emphasis on spaciousness and a personalized experience. While it offers all the essential hookups for a comfortable stay, it retains a rustic charm that many larger parks lack. The owners, Trish and Tommy, are often highlighted in reviews for their "extremely welcoming" and helpful demeanor, embodying the Southern hospitality that makes a camping trip truly special. This personal touch, combined with the natural beauty and ample space, positions Hidden Forest RV Club as an inviting and highly recommended destination for RV enthusiasts within the Peach State.
Hidden Forest RV Club is conveniently situated at 760 Robert Poole Rd, Lyons, GA 30436, USA. This address places it in a quiet, rural community in South Georgia, offering an immediate sense of peaceful seclusion. Despite its tranquil setting, the park is remarkably accessible, being approximately 15-20 minutes from the towns of Lyons, Vidalia, Baxley, and Reidsville. This means that while you enjoy the calm of nature, essential services, groceries, and local attractions are never too far away.
The park's location provides excellent access to some of Georgia's notable natural features. It's just a 10-minute drive from the Ohoopee River and 15 minutes from the larger Altamaha River. For water enthusiasts, this proximity is a significant advantage, offering opportunities for boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Its position also makes it a convenient stop for those traveling longer distances through Georgia, offering a perfect overnight rest or a multi-day retreat.
As a smaller, privately owned RV club, Hidden Forest RV Club may not always advertise promotions widely, and their pricing structure is typically transparent, with monthly rates noted in reviews. However, based on common practices in the RV park industry and the information available, there are a few considerations regarding potential offers:
It is crucial to note the feedback regarding refund policies from one review. While the park is praised for its friendliness, potential visitors, especially for longer stays, should inquire directly about cancellation and refund policies before booking to avoid misunderstandings. My husband rented a spot for a month 600 dollars, he had an emergency and had to leave after 3 nights. So he messaged Trish and asked if he could get some of his money back a refund minus a week which is fair even though he was only there a very short time, No response at all!!! She literally charged him 600 dollars for 3 nights!!! Never again. You know common decency goes a long way. And I'm sure she has already rented it again for another 600 dollars. Be careful there pretty sketchy there. There are definitely other places to stay. And if you notice she doesn't comment on the reviews that are calling her out
Apr 20, 2025 · Alicia HigginsThis was our maiden voyage and our first stop at a Harvest Host location. The owners were extremely welcoming and guided our entrance. The road isn’t paved which made us nervous mainly because we are newbies. The next day they even gathered the animals and allowed us to pet them. I would highly recommend this new spot. We were their first motor home and it went pretty good. The kids said this is a great start to our trip. Thank you Trish and Tommy.
Feb 05, 2022 · ashlie sinclairWe were only one of 4 there but the spaces are large so you wouldn’t be on top of each other even if it was full. All spots are pull through. The trails were great for walking the dogs and the owners were so nice and even gave us eggs from their chickens. It was so peaceful and at night you can see the stars because there is no light pollution. l wish we had stayed more than two nights.

They did everything possible to make sure our stay was outstanding, and it was! Excellent utilities, easy parking, room to roam, animals and wildlife galore. I strongly urge you to give this park a try. You will love it.
