Promotions or Special Offers

As a smaller, privately owned RV club, Hidden Forest RV Club may not always advertise promotions widely, and their pricing structure is typically transparent, with monthly rates noted in reviews. However, based on common practices in the RV park industry and the information available, there are a few considerations regarding potential offers:

  • Harvest Host Affiliation: As a former Harvest Host location, members of the Harvest Host program might have been able to stay for free for one night, typically in exchange for a purchase from the host (though details specific to Hidden Forest RV Club's current Harvest Host status would need to be verified). This is a unique type of promotion focused on supporting local businesses.
  • Monthly Rates: A customer review mentions a monthly rate of $600, indicating that longer-term stays may be offered at a discounted rate compared to daily or weekly bookings. This is a common practice for RV parks to encourage extended visits.
  • Seasonal Pricing: Like many campgrounds, Hidden Forest RV Club may adjust its rates based on the season (peak vs. off-peak) or local events. It's always advisable to inquire about any seasonal discounts when booking.
  • Direct Booking Incentives: Sometimes, booking directly with the park via phone rather than through third-party platforms can unlock the best rates or special offers not publicly advertised.

It is crucial to note the feedback regarding refund policies from one review. While the park is praised for its friendliness, potential visitors, especially for longer stays, should inquire directly about cancellation and refund policies before booking to avoid misunderstandings. For the most accurate and current information on rates, availability, and any potential promotions, it is always best to contact Hidden Forest RV Club directly using the contact information provided below.

My husband rented a spot for a month 600 dollars, he had an emergency and had to leave after 3 nights. So he messaged Trish and asked if he could get some of his money back a refund minus a week which is fair even though he was only there a very short time, No response at all!!! She literally charged him 600 dollars for 3 nights!!! Never again. You know common decency goes a long way. And I'm sure she has already rented it again for another 600 dollars. Be careful there pretty sketchy there. There are definitely other places to stay. And if you notice she doesn't comment on the reviews that are calling her out

This was our maiden voyage and our first stop at a Harvest Host location. The owners were extremely welcoming and guided our entrance. The road isn’t paved which made us nervous mainly because we are newbies. The next day they even gathered the animals and allowed us to pet them. I would highly recommend this new spot. We were their first motor home and it went pretty good. The kids said this is a great start to our trip. Thank you Trish and Tommy.

We were only one of 4 there but the spaces are large so you wouldn’t be on top of each other even if it was full. All spots are pull through. The trails were great for walking the dogs and the owners were so nice and even gave us eggs from their chickens. It was so peaceful and at night you can see the stars because there is no light pollution. l wish we had stayed more than two nights.
