Quiet neighborhood, kind neighbors; however, the street is not what I'd call safe, especially if you have young kids. There are no sidewalks, and drivers, especially those who live north of the community, tend to speed through.
Lot rent just went up again. Now paying $400 plus utilities. I'm told rent went up due to park maintenance. Yard is mowed maybe once every 2 months and its sloppy mowing. Do Better!
We have lived in this community since 2017. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with good neighbors
It's a mobile home park. Trailers are decent. Owners should work on their people skills. But they do watch out for strangers. Had a lady come up to me asking why I was there. Was in a different vehicle than they were used to picking up my daughter from the school bus stop. And I appreciate that. Good job there.
