Had a great time here! Kelly, the owner, and all his staff were wonderfully friendly and happy to accommodate. A group of us stayed for the eclipse, and all of us really enjoyed our stay. There are sites that are wide open with minimal tree coverage, as well as sites that have a more natural setting, such as more trees or being up against the water. The bath house is basic, but clean and well kept. There's also a lovely nature preserve within easy walking distance that makes for a perfect stroll. The location is more secluded, which is not only great for getting away from it all, but also for viewing the stars at night.

Campground area very nice quiet and clean . owner also very nice. Shower house no hot water for the 5 days we were there. Noticed they did keep the shower house very clean. Marina is non-existent at this moment. So no boat rentals and not much fishing to be had near Campground. Giving the new owner some time to fix the services available and this place would get five stars.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax near the lake, you have found it here! The camp host was very attentive to us. Other campers were quiet and respectful, and the lake was beautiful. The place is clean, and the sites are very large and level with lots of space in between sites. Ice and firewood are on site. We will be visiting again.
