I live in a mobile home park in Washington state and our infrastructure is falling apart because of flooding our owner is doing little to fix it as far as this mobile home park Kristiana... it appears as though given the numbers and not having a license since October it's been 7 months with no license $500 a day fine. They have been collecting rent! TRY getting me out!!!! I would stay until the bulldozers came. Sounds like a class action Law suit!! Back in the early 2000s Our owner attempted to sell to a developer and the residents able to move a viable home did if having a place to move it...some just moved, some died from stress. Even though he was selling he continued to sell units to the unsuspecting..like MY in-laws! They moved in not knowing of the plan to sell and develop. Those left filed a class action suit and WON!!! The flooding poor drainage continues requests for repair go ignored! I believe the units that are deemed unable to be relocated as MANY are should be exempt from paying property taxes as these units subject to those property taxes on being considered movable property ARE! I pay $600 a year on my place and there is NO WAY I could relocate my home! The property taxes are paid by the owner and we cannot make a MOVE without asking permission from an HOA that isn't registered as an official HOA! There isn't a cap on rent increases for this 55 and over Community and rent has been raised $300 in 2 years from $775 to $1075 on folks on a fixed income some only getting S.S. ranging from $900 to $1300 if they are fortunate. My mom in law is one of those. Many are taking in renters against rules... facing eviction! The owners recieve tax breaks on it being a 55 and over but We allow anyone we wish to move in faced with the alternative! The owners haven't made the needed repairs on poor infrastructure as well gates inoperable, security cameras inoperable and a manager that spends the 6 to 8 hours in the office shooting pool with his buddies unwilling to act ad manager unless concerns are written or unless he is "on duty"!!! His absolutely USLESS!!! This Kridtiana management owes these folks 7 months back rent because of rent collection while having NO LICENSE to operate and the management needs to pay back fines of $500 a day for 7 years for no license including giving back 9 homes of residents 7 months rent. Dude YOU SUCK and should be SO ASHAMED!!!

Bought a trailer in there once. Since then has been ran down. Management steals your money. Then tries to evict you so they can steal your trailer. And I'm only giving it a 1-star rating because they don't have an option for no stars. Save your time and your money this place ain't the one

Wow, kristana mobile home park used to be a good place to live. I lived there for 10 yrs. Around 20+ yrs. ago. Raised my kids there most of their childhood. Always was good folks around and many kids. Very nice environment to live. Now it's looking like a dead zone sorry to say. Don't know what's in its future but at this point doesn't look to promising. Hopefully someone will get their hands on it and turn it around.

I looked at a trailer that's falling apart and needs a ton of work including a shower that's falling through the floor and a sagging kitchen ceiling. I assumed it would be a $500 handyman special but I was told it was valued at $6,000... Sounds like they are robbing consumers during a worldwide pandemic. I'll pass.

You'll end up at the bottom of a pot hole. I have to drive through here a couple times a month but lately I've given consideration to parking on Coleman and walking wherever I have to go.
