The units are in disrepair and the tenants have very little room for parking leaving many to park illegally and in the road blocking traffic. Staff blows off repair requests and is unhelpful and inflexible in matters where the human element is needed. A slum at best.
I love living here. It's nice and quiet. I don't have to live in an apartment! Lots of trees! Rent is low. The trailers are really old, but that keeps the rent low. :)
Gross! It has the oldest trailers I've ever seen! Driveways are have paved & full of potholes! No upkeep at all at this place, it's disgusting! Drug infested also!
Very old and run down. My daughters dad has a neighbor that blasts loud music and has screaming fights late at night then tried to run him over for calling in a noise disturbance and shes still his neighbor...
