Well..this rating of 5 stars is for when my family lived there 1981-1985..Had a large reception center building/with very large well maintained swimming pool..good parking pads...roads were maintained..wonderfull live oak shade..just wonderful folks lived there.Old retired mostly/some couples..a few family units...safe.Now my kids tell me it has turned into a dump..2022 dump...once the best trailer park in SA..BTW lot rent $85 month 1985 when we moved.A bunch of doctors owned the property then...they cared bout their tenants.
